Unless you've been hiding somewhere under a rock, you've probably heard that David has a new album approaching. You probably also know that he's been keeping us up to date with the album making process via his YouTube channel.
Well, now you'll be excited to know that he's back with another studio update and in this installment he takes us behind the scenes for the making of Jackdaw. Previously a track that was cut from the record a dynamic string arrangement has given the song new life and has David excited about the new album as we're sure you will be too.

In recent months, articles have surfaced with regards to US interrogators reportedly playing music loudly as a form of torture to suspected terrorist detainees. Among the songs listed is David's Babylon - from his White Ladder album.
To date, David remains to be the only artist who's music has been listed that has spoken out about it and he urges, this is no laughing matter.

While the majority of David’s upcoming shows will feature Phil Campbell as the opener with Beth Rowley as the support act, Manchester will be treated to the sounds of Sydney’s brother and sister act, Angus and Julia Stone. On March 14, Southampton mates Dlugokecki will open for David in their hometown and March 22 in Cardiff will feature Katell Kenig.
