Your Tickets Will Be Available for Pick Up at the Venue

Tickets for this event are to be picked up at the venue THE DAY OF THE SHOW ONLY. Box office rules and hours may vary. In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present the following:

• Your valid photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
  
• Your credit card with which you purchased the tickets, for secondary verification.

TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. The venue will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from DavidGray.com or if the photo ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.

Re: presale again, I go to DG shop at 10:00 and just click on tickets? Is there a password or anything? Sorry, my brain has been too stressed lately. I remember reading about other people's experiences with past presales, but not remembering fully. 

yes just be inside the shop - make sure all of your preferences are loaded - try buying something without puling the trigger - it really works the same with the tix - and get your time zones straight - tomorrow is 10am EST - so 7am PST!

Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!! I also got Orchestra 1-2, rows 1-4 tickets. So very excited!!!!!!!!

very frustrating.......but good on you guys

first time we experienced a lock out - and for this one we had both coty and I trying but we couldn't get in for either of the top two categories for well over twenty minutes.....the site did let us buy the crap though! I really wonder how this works as there were very few logged on here so my presumption is the scalpers have some other way into it or there were only four good seats reserved for us! :)

we will see you there regardless.....guess it is just going to cost us 

and some dude already has 9 seats for sale in row H at 253 a clip on stub hub.......nice

At work I have a ok connection and couldn't get in, at home I have a faster connection but not near the fastest out there and we normally get the first section everytime. I don't understand how someone could have tickets when it is pick up at the will call window for fan club?

Congrats to fieryone and this-years-love (or your ticket queen) for getting great tickets in the presale.

I am very sorry to hear that you and Coty missed out though, DCA.  The number of tickets made available to a fan presale is rather limited most of the times but of course there are always scalpers moving in whenever there are good tickets on offer. This is a big problem all fan presales are confronted with these days. The only way to keep scalpers away is to totally personalize the presale which is not possible for a site that is not run by fans themselves. Being a fan myself I know very well how frustrating this is at times though.

The tickets which are on stubhub already and name a row cannot be from our site here though as seat allocations won't be revealed for a while to come.

For those who haven't bought tickets yet - there are some still available in the categories 3-5.
