Every year Neil Young sponsors a concert for this school - this year the line-up is

    • NEIL YOUNG
    • DAVE MATTHEWS
    • ARCADE FIRE
    • FOO FIGHTERS
    • EDDIE VEDDER
    • LOS INVISIBLES
    • BECK
    • MUMFORD & SONS
    • TONY BENNETT
    • NORAH JONES & THE LITTLE WILLIES
    • DEVENDRA BANHART

The show times are today at 5pm pst/8pm est which I believe is 1am London time - tomorrow's start time is 2pm pst/5pm est

You can access the live stream through their facebook page - I was watching cameron crowe's 20th anniversary piece on pearl jam last night - most excellent by the way and highly highly recommend - where they showed some footage from one of these gigs and it looked great!

    happy viewing

Had the pleasure of watching  PJ 20 on our PBS station this weekend.  The views around Seattle were great!  My look is still "grunge", but that is fashion on the farm.  I do admire how Pearl Jam does music how they want to do it.  They had control of their business as much as possible.  Trying to take on Ticketmaster was a big task, but at least they tried.  (It still amazes me that there is no competition for Ticketmaster.)  It was a good view of passionate musicians who can overlook criticism, and keep doing what they love, Neil Young included.  Twenty years of experience and evolution to grow on and hopefully get better.

absolutely! I also forgot about how crazy eddie was back in the day. I never knew about the neil young influence and that was very cool to hear about - thanks for reminding of that!

definitely two hours of time well spent for anyone who has the chance

Loved, loved, loved PJ20!  Especially liked how they showed a version of "Alive" from the second time it was ever played  towards the beginning and then at the end showed the way they play it now... Great to see how one can still "have it" 20 years down the road...
