After all the BS of trying to get pre-sale tickets this morning and not getting one that I know of. I just looked at my checking account to see I was charged for two tickets twice for a total of  $ 236.00 ??? Very confused ? I have no confermation email and no tickets that I know of and got charged twice for them?? Now this is getting out of hand.

Can anyone on this site help me with this?  Do I have tickets ?  Will I get my money back if  I don't ??

To make things worse I call my wife who was trying to get tickets for us as well and she was charged 6 times and for like $700 and has no tickets that she knows of  ?  I was mad before know I think this is just crazy. I call the phone number of the company that charged us all the money and all I get is a voice mail saying to leave a message and they will call me back tomorrow !! $ 1,000.00 taken from our checking accounts and know tickets? This is insane!

Wow, that's crazy. And terrible. I knew there was an issue with the system today... it just didn't make sense that I couldn't get any single ticket. The system sounds majorly screwed up.

So is this what happened? People have accidentally bought many more tickets than they intended, then others were left with nothing?

One more thing, if you do indeed have numerous tickets (or if anyone else had this happen), and if any of them are to the Chicago show, I would GLADLY take 2 tix off your hands for you. I really wanted to surprise my husband with tix for his birthday...
