I think it might have been removed because it wasn't under the DavidGray collection. Anyways, I only have it in 96kbs mp3 and it sounds dreadful at times. I think I've got the higher quality mp3s (128 kbs maybe, they were single downloads if I remember right?) on my work computer and it's got the same problems which could be due to the encoding, that once you up the volume and everytime the levels on the song are high (I'm not good at explaining this, but basicly when ever there's a loud part on the recording) it sounds very bad and makes for a very uncomfortable listen. I've listened to some muddy tapes that are overall of worse quality but are still more listeneable.
It could be that the flacs don't have this problem. Or maybe I'm just imagining it, a lot of people seem to enjoy the tape just fine (the performances are great of course).
I guess I could upload the crappy mp3s, but it would be better if archive.org users could just report the error that it should be moved under the DavidGray collection. I did do that a while ago, but it hasn't been restored. Reported it again myself.. Anyway, you can do it here: http://www.archive.org/details/DGPaisley
A couple of covers from this gig are on the A Thousand Miles cd, so if you're reading Kendall, could you get rest of that gig put up as a digital download too
