Seeing DG's own photographs on his FB page made me search through my 30 feet of book shelfs and look at one of my treasured art books again.

Since we have got quite a few new members who weren't on here in late 2005/early 2006 I thought I'd bring your attention to an aspect of David's work that some of you may not have heard of yet.

In 2005 David started a publishing company called Invisible Inc in order to bring under represented talent to the public's attention. The first and so far only work published was Tumulus by photographer John Miles (not the musician).

Miles has an interesting and unusual approach to photography and his images are way out of the ordinary and the realms of the expected. There are a few examples posted below.

I think the book has been produced by a high standard and is well worth getting but the Invisible Inc edition should be out of print by now. The book has since been republished by another publisher though.

You can find a review and more info on the artist here.

All copyrights of the pictures below lie by John Miles and Invisible Inc

Thanks for this great find, Rena! Never heard of this interesting book and never expected that DG is also a publisher!

Thank you, Rena. I am not surprised after seeing his photographs on facebook with such an interesting perspective. I will definitely look into this. You are great.
