I have mentioned it somewhere on here that I have had a toothache since Thursday last week. They could not get me in to see a dentist until tea time today  :(

I have been dosed up on painkillers all weekend and right up to today.

When I got there they x-rayed me and said they could see the problem straight away - an abscess and infected.

It had to come out - do you want it out now as not sure if anaesthetic will work with the infection? the dentist said.

get it out as I am a big boy  :?  I said!!

Well had a few jabs in the gum - and watched her put in the pliers and could feel her pulling at the tooth - I could feel it loosening and getting very sore - 
 
then really sore - OUUUUCCCHHHHHHHH!

Then it came out - phew - that hurt!!

and this was the problem.............

This is the tooth that was pulled - you could not see the damaged part when looking in the mouth as it was against the adjacent tooth.

so dont forget girls and boys.................

Jeez, what is that, a fang?  DJK its those Crunchies, they will get you every time.  Take care of the rest of your pearly whites ok. Glad you are feeling better.

I´m glad you´re toothache over.

I worked as a dental assistant some years ago. And was never able to see how the people suffering from toothache. Since that time i brushed my teeth at least 3 times a day!

Wow... a friend of mine ended up with something like that in hospital last year, it was so bad they had to operate him through his cheek, he had so much pain but before finally he got someone to take a look... it could have killed him.....

Anyways, thanks for the warning... I promise I will brush a lot....
