I need some help

I downloaded a live song from archive.org, a 2003 show in Salt Lake City Utah, a song called Pale Blue Eyes. I dont believe there is a studio version of this song out there and I am not even sure if this is one of his or a cover It is such a great song and I would like to find more versions and or a studio version if anyone can help.

'Pale Blue Eyes' was written by Lou Reed and originally performed by Velvet Underground (I even saw them perform this song live in 1993 if I remember correctly). That 2003 live cover by David is great, I agree.  One of my personal favourite cover versions as well.

You can find another one on archive.org 2002.11.11 Belfast 

 There is no studio version by David though. At least none that I know of.
