    David,

I'm hoping you or some of your people are reading this.  You're sooooo much better live than on CD and so many people just don't get to see you at your best.  I think a live DVD or a concert CD are long overdue.  Even since the "Live in slow motion" DVD, things have moved onwards (and upwards) so much so you owe it to your current fans and all those potential future ones to release some official live material to the world.

Please, please please, get one of your next live gigs recorded to film and or CD so we can take home a souvenir to recapture the awesomeness of your live performances.  There's only so much jumping up and down and head shaking we can do from the front row before we all collapse in agony!

    Thanks in advance,

    Darren

I do agree. I so wish david would record his voice in the 'live' way. Listen to the different between a recording of slow motion live and the album version. Almost diffrrent songs (i like both, but live is just superb).

And I  have a personal need fpr a new nightblindness recording!

    David,

I think you should put out the "live at Red Rocks" DVD. I was there and it was EPIC !!! It would be a "Live at the point" DVD for the US fans (even though that was a great dvd). They were recording the whole thing for the mointors and they (Red Rocks) said that there was tape of it all. PLEASE ? it would be great!!! Big Smile

    David,

If you read this post.... i totally agree with the others. I think a live cd a least with recorded concerts would be fantastic. I would be the first to order online. I also think your next tour coming up, that some of your concerts in it should be recorded for dvd usage. I would be forever thank-full :)

    Thanks!

A live CD/DVD set would be simply fantastic! :D I went to see David in NY last month and it was amazing. I loved it so much. I'm glad the audio recording was available for download through archive.org so I can listen to it again and remember how much fun me and my girlfriend had. (I think it's great David is a fan of archiving live performances). A new DVD would be great, please consider it. Your fans all over the world would be happy to buy one, I know I would buy it instantly. :)

    Just felt like chiming in.

I would love to have another David Gray DVD to add to my collection too. Although I really enjoy watching Live at the Point as well as Live in Slow Motion, a DVD to capture the DTL tour would be fantastic.

     Thanks for reading.

Can I chime in too? please........ I'll basically have one of everything.  It would be lovely to have a wider selection to watch with some nice documentaries and added extras too.  It's long overdue and I do think that we are all extremely patient in waiting for the creative talent to work its magic Music

  • Lets have some news soon so that we have something to look forward to.

Indeed, a live DVD would be fantastic. It would remind me of the concerts I've attended. Thank you.

Perhaps we could have snippets from all the shows showing all the best bits and the most voted for songs.

Yes David, we've all been terribly patient - waiting, watching, wanting. If I had a million quid, I would without a doubt give it to you. (Never did write a song about that, did you?)

I also concur about the Live DVD.  I had tickets to the Red Rocks show (row 4!!) but was unable to get a flight out - so I would LOVE to be able to see that on DVD.

     pleasepleaseplease???
