I was just curious about anybody else's experiences with this round of pre-sale tix. I got my family tickets to the Cambridge show through DG online's pre-sale and got seated tickets (by choice), but way back in the balcony at row KK. I bought them the minute they went on sale and have to say I'm pretty disappointed with those seats. On top of that, I got a subsequent email saying the mailing of tix would be delayed, followed by another email saying they won't be mailed at all and I have to collect them at the box office the day of the show. I'm pretty sure I paid for posting, but never got a reply to a question about getting a refund for that.

Anybody else go through the same thing or experience similar issues with their pre-sale tix for Cambridge or anywhere else? It feels kind of like I got zero benefit this time from buying the tix from DG.com presale. Sure, there's not ticketmaster processing fee, but I paid for posting I didn't get and still have to pick up the tix.

Don't get me wrong, we're all super excited for the show and looking forward to likely our last DG show in the UK, just disappointed with the details.

Sorry to hear about the ticket troubles but happy you are going to get to the show.

Come on people in the shop, get this guy a refund on his postage please or perhaps there are some better tickets you can give him at the door for his troubles?  Good luck Bill and say hello to the family.

    Smile

We are family, I got all my sistas with me..
