Some seven day ago I purchase, via digital download, david Gray's album

 A Thousand Miles Behind [MP3/128kbps] - 1 @ £8.99.

 I have since sent two emails requesting assistance, as, when I try to download the album, I'm told it is not available in the Uk store?

 I realise its the festive season and all, but if you could find a few minutes to get my download to me I'd be very greatful.

is the email going to your inbox or junkmail?

Is this a work email or personal?

Is there a firewall where you are checking your email?

It sounds as if the html is being stripped from the email by the host. have you added davidgray.com your safelist?

  I have the same problem as this other person. I just downloaded A thousand Miles Behind, in the U.S., got the confirmation email, and still have no download. What do I do now?

Hi KD,

Have you checked your spam folder? Often emails end up there. In any case I've sent your email to the Shop so they can resend you the download. Let me know if you haven't recieved this email by end of day.

I purchased a digital download davidgray.com and received an email with then link but when I click on the link nothing happens.  What should I do now, I can’t seem to get any one to return my email?

Hi levi6268, it sounds like you did receive the email, correct? where did the email go to your inbox or your junkmail? The only time I can think of where clicking the link doesn't work is when it's not moved to the inbox.

I do see your emails but they were sent after business hours so no one has had a chance to get back to you yet.

If you want to PM me I'll make sure you get your download.
