The settings for the Who Is Online display on the main forums page can be found in your personal profile.

Just go to -> edit my profile -> site options -> display in Who's Online -> yes or no

Depending on wether your personal settings are on 'yes' or 'no' when online your name will show on the main forum page or you will just be counted as 'invisible'.

To make conversation more comfortable and easy the icon   or the lack thereof next to a member's name will indicate if a member is currently signed in or not regardless of the personal settings. If you wish to remain totally unseen just stay on as a guest; ie signed out.

Thanks for point this out, Rena. This is a bug and I have asked the technical team to look into it. When a member has marked themselves as invisible, they should be entirely invisible.

I will post in the thread where this came up as well.
