    THX Rena!

Awesome interview! I like especially the part when DG enjoyed eating his fresh lamb oggy pasty while he is trying to answer the questions of Pete Paphides! grin

     Mmmh...

Yeah, I think I will have to pay a visit to Dunn's bakery on my next visit to London town.

    Wink

No, I won't but I sure am craving for a pastry right now.

“… there were suggestions of doing like a double CD of like rare outtakes and things and then I thought: ‘That’s just going to encourage people who’ve already bought the material to buy it again to get the new bits.’”

ARGH! And in what way exactly is putting two new songs on the CD not encouraging people who have already bought the rest of the material to buy it again!? A double CD of rarities and outtakes is exactly what I would have wanted!

So. Oi. David. There had better be plans down the line for some sort of release of rarities, outtakes and whatnot!

    Apart from that, cracking podcast.

Hehe. I always feel like I'm complaining about something or other when I post on here, but I feel more than ever I'm justified in my ramblings today.

I think if we have learnt anything from this podcast - besides a dangerous love of pastry (which was hinted at in the LISM docu) - it is that David Gray is nothing short of a tease. Gah!

This nice David Gray podcast is still there to be downloaded. Pete Paphides, timesonline, visits David Gray in his home studio, once owned by the Eurythmics's Dave Stewart, to talk about his long, slow road to success, his greatest hits album, and the downside of fame.
