Thank you very much for the picture Elysium. Wasn´t there until yet. At the weekends it´s crowded with people especially when the shops are open on Sunday. Got a small Chrismas market 10 minutes away from my place and hope to visit both Chrismas market soon.

Nap time in the Panda reserve centre in Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

Would absolutely love to visit this place one day, my son kevin intends to visit before he leaves China, he's living in Lanzhou at present approx 600km away.

2 giant pandas have arrived in the UK today at Edinburgh, mind I do not agree with transporting pandas especially to the other side of the world.

Love all of the pictures and that one of the garden is breath taking!! Miralake I have never seen birds do this in such a massive amount, what an overwhelming feeling it must have been to see it up close like that.What lucky girls.Thanks for sharing. xxx Pictures from the mountains near my house

What a gorgeous disaply of fall colors--and gorgeous grandson! Too cute!

And miralake, that video is amazing! I watched it several times in a row. I've seen birds do that, but that is the most incredible display!

I'm not a good photographer at all, but I enjoy looking at these, so here are my contributions. We took a trip to the mountains of North Carolina about a month and a half ago. I was able to get these pictures of the beautiful scenery that surrounded us.

I know, right!?!?! Amazing! I love it when they fly directly overhead and and as they do, they sound exactly like breaking waves, and the fact they are on the water and the flowing birds mirror the sea...it's just beautiful. I also love the look of surprise/astonishment/awe on the girls face at the end. Imagine stumbling onto something so unexpected!!

Yes totally agree some great pics were posted in the other thread.

I'm not a very good photographer, but love to look at photographs.

I'll start this with a very seasonal picture, I must add this is not my pic, not even my garden I wish it was could look at this all day.
