lol everyone has a shot!!! you just need to one head to the stage at the end of the gig two show some persistence and three if you ever get the opportunity to buy any of the boys a beer that seems to put you a tad higher in the pecking order

My curiosity is getting the better of me, but how do you all get ahold of the set lists? or is that something I shouldn't even ask? like you'd have to get rid of me if you told me.........kinda.......

Thanks Elysium for finding that gem! I was trying to remember when he sang about the mosquitoes. (MN - Land of 10,000 Lakes is our state motto, and in fine print, we should have 'And land of 1,000,000,000,000 mosquitoes'). Now I'm anxiously awaiting more videos...and hoping that someone taped it (last time he was at the Orpheum in Feb. 2011 someone taped it and created a bit torrent -- I listen to it frequently).

PDG - I'm jealous you were able to forget about the heat once the show started. I was not able to forget it (I typically don't do well in heat). Tonight seems more tolerable, even though we are in a heat advisory today (we weren't yesterday) and that could be because there is more wind tonight.

I am glad the MN concert provided a good show and experience for the out-of-towners.
I didn't get any good pictures since they didn't allow flash photography, and I didn't want to try my luck as I noticed security approaching many people in the audience who appeared to be videotaping or using flash...my only regret is that I didn't record the audio of some of the songs on my iPhone. If anyone recorded the night, it would be amazing to have!
By the way, what is David's Twitter account? I'm probably the only one who doesn't know!

Second time to see DG. Overall, I'd say it was awesome! I love that all of the band members seem to love playing (especially the DG and the base player). It was nice to just watch them thoroughly enjoy themselves.

Venue was very intimate and that was really cool. Yeah, it was really hot, but I got over that once the music started. We were 8th row, but left, which meant I couldn't see the drummer, which was a bummer. But can't complain besides that.

All the songs were great. I would have liked to hear Nemesis again, but that's life, right? I love that DG has taken a lot of the classic songs and changed them up just a bit. His embellishments are also really nice as well.

So happy I made the trek!

Oh my goodness, I am blushing right now! lol Don't really deserve all the love but right back at you DCA and Rena... much love.

Elysium, solo was wriiten after Flame and PFM as if maybe a second encore or something. But no such luck. I think the fact that it keeps showing up as a possibility is really intriguing. It's kind of torturing me, though!! ;-)

I'm still on cloud nine today... Hope that some more people post their thoughts and if anyone has any picture or recordings that would be very cool. Regarding that - I am one of those people who find it really distracting to take picutres/recordings and 99% of the time I'm so wrapped up in the moment that I don't even think about it. I'm sorry for that as I know it feeds those who can't come. Thank you to those who do it - I know how much it is appreciated here!

Thanks for set list Dca, was the solo supposed to be the last song?

It's great to meet so many friends because of David's music, although I've never met most of you from the US in person, hope to one day, I feel as though I know some of you already.

In my experience genuine DG fans are really lovely people, I've met some special ones, only special people like special music.

Safe onwards travels to the next gig, hope it's as good as this one, here's hoping you get some gems, maybe Force of Nature would be a good start.

In all the excitement I forgot to post this.........

Still just buzzing from last night.........what a tremendous gig.........all I have left to say is my DG is ONNNNNNNN!!!!!

Hitting the road now........looks like we have another hot one on tuesday

so looking forward to seeing you Vicki!

and I must say that one huge plus from this tour so far is spending time with wolfie.......a wonderful soul who is second to none (well maybe one ) as far as the most awesome fan you can imagine.......so so funny on Vermont girl!
