So as good fortune would have it............Ford is again rolling through D during the month of may..........so we figured what the hell we can do a real 50th b-day gig and not a pretend one like last year lol

we are calling it the "live and learn" gig where we try to improve upon last year - smaller crowd with a much more intimate feel.........better food.........we will actually feed Ford after his gig this time! etc

And I am happy to announce that the opener will be THE Tim Bradshaw performing smash hits off his Cooper cd!!! We are very lucky to have Tim join us!!!

It looks like we have four grayheads coming in - vicki, sheryl (again woot!!), erin and jane (saintsfan).

I'm so, so looking forward this weekend.  It's also Mother's Day, and what a perfect gift - a weekend away from the kids, filled with fabulous music and great friends!!  Woot woot is right!

thanks guys - really starting to look forward to it

and absolutely on the deets (lol) and the pics - one other "learn" is we fired the camera man from last year and have a much better feel for what we want - so am hopeful that this year the film will have a little more creativity in it than that residing in my left toe nail 

looks like there will be a little saturday night dinner with mainly grayheads.......in the spirit of vegas!

This took place last night, didn't it? So? Looking forward to hearing all about it. Especially about Tim's performance. Tim solo, now that's something.

Our DCA knows how to throw a party so I suppose you all attending had the best time since Vegas 

the pre-festivities were last night my dear..................a wonderful dinner with 12 of us in a very nice vegan-friendly spot............and then some late night shenanigans at DCA's with the crew - listened to last year's play list lol!

but the real gig is TODAY!!!
