Good evening/morning (depending on where you're all from!)

 I'd love to see David touring again next year but are we not more likely to have a new album first and then probably a tour later in the year given the fact he's just do the L&F tour which featured a lot of his older songs?

I could be wrong and probably am but the sooner he tours the better and who knows I could be at University in Glasgow by the time he tours next!!

actually our young Sam I think you are spot on - as I have said before taking out the greatest hits noise and the average length of time between albums is a little over three years - and apart from the nobel prize gig or the like I am fairly certain you are correct that he won't tour in earnest until the next album comes around (in my opinion) - I have pretty much written off 2012 sorry to say - Rena will kill me and I am happy to be shown incorrect! I have not heard anything however that would lead me to think anything is looming......

But what about his annual skiing holiday in Switzerland?!

I have the feeling we won't see another real tour before the next album either...so he better crank out that album!! 

 For Christmas, I'd settle for one of those little video updates he's done in the past to let us know that the album is coming together and will be out at some point in 2012.

and ropreston that is exactly my point - we have heard nada about the new album which leads me to beleive it ia a ways off......... I even tried to be in subtle in a holiday wish and I got nothing in the response! So for us for now it is GIVERS lol

OK Father Christmas - an amendment to my last request - please could Mr Gray update us on how things are going after Christmas - after his skiing holiday - after he has spent time with his wife and family and friends and when the children have gone back to school. Thank you.
