Zermatt Unplugged is pleased to welcome the British songwriter David Gray welcome. Since 2005, his songs can be heard all over Europe: The One I Love, Babylon, Fugitive. Three-ever number one albums in the UK, including the best selling album in Ireland, White Ladder, one of the greatest successes of the 2000 album at all. It was developed in-house production, with the simplest of means, on the edge of the bed in his bedroom in London. With his new album Foundling David Gray goes further: "I have so much left behind me from how you usually produces. I think ultimately will be brave and come forward, simply by doing and leave out less. "

I have no idea where Zermatt is or how to get there. All I know is that I have just bought first row tickets!

Folks - there are still some first row tickets available. They will go quickly though, once the word gets out.

David will be playing in the main tent which holds up to 1700 people.

Just two weeks and a day to go.

Here is a nice article by mailonline on the festival and about how to spend your days there.

They call Zermatt  'the world's most civilised music festival'. We will see about that...
