It is good thing my wife and are are such big fans or I would never think of going to this show after yesterday's drama. For those that don't know it is simple. No tickets but were charged over $1,000.00 for them.

So I email help@davidgray.com as suggested by Rena and Dave about what happened. They got back to straight away which was nice. What is not nice is that both our debit cards have been froze by our banks. We have yet to get our money back and have NO TICKETS. The response from this web site was basically sorry this should have never happen but your not getting tickets and you will get your money back but it may take 3-5 days. I find this very unacceptable. Anyone else think this is unacceptable ?

I can see that I really have no one person to blame or anything. I just feel like maybe you could offer me the tickets I rightfully got and and was way overcharged for and then didn't even get them !! All they offer is to help get my money back? I would hope you would do that.

I want to make it clear that I am not blaming this web site . It was a glitch with our card and the system, I get that.   I love this web site (not as much as Dave or Rena) j/k. I enjoy checking up on my favorite artist at any time, it is great !!

Mubby, I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience.  I hope that it all gets straightened out very quickly and that you do get some tickets.

Thanks for the support Rena and company. I am really not mad I just think they should do something to help us get the tickets we should have got if it was not for the big mix up with there card system. Or any tickets for that matter. I will pay for them, I am not looking for a hand out ! It is the least they can do after all this BS. I  think it is very unfair but so is life at times ! 

DG always says it best - There's no light in heaven that my eyes can see -  on this matter at least !

Oh yeah and bring Clune back ! My wife and I love Clune !!

I am so sick of trying to get DG tickets on this site . I have tried to get pre sale tickets to every stop in North America and am willing to travel from MN to were ever I get them. But all that dose not matter because getting them is impossible.I was on today for the Chicago pre sale and was hitting refersh from 9:50 to 10:00 exactly and thought I would be one of the first and was denied them at 10:00 exactly ??? How dose that work???? Do scaplers know some trick to getting them first?? They most because I have also tried to get them via ticket master when they go on sale and have not been able to as well.

This is so very unfair and somthing needs to be done about it. I am a huge and loyal DG fan but yet no matter how hard I try I can not get tickets to a concert. These Scalpers should be shot.I went to Ebay shortly after I was denied today and of course they were already selling them ther for 3 times the price for shitty seats and 5 times the price for good ones. So if I want to go I have to go broke doing it or refinance my house?

I am aware that this gose on every where but I think DG cares enough about his fan base to do somthing about this or at least speak out about it. Please help us David.

How big a fan am I?? I have 6 DG t- shirts, every DG CD he has put out ,both DVD's, a signed DG poster that hangs in my office, have been at every concert of his in MN, and have to listen to wife rip on me about how much I am in love with him!! I think DG is the best singer/songwriter out there today. He rivals such greats as Dylan , Van the man, and the Boss. His acustic skills are second to none. His music and lyrics touch me down to my soul and gives me goose bumps and at times and tears of joy and remebrance from days gone by.

I dunno, your post came out kinda mean and I would have raged massively if that would have happened to me. So there's really no need to twist the knife by noting that "lol u've had the problem before XD". I guess if you're writing to the board by the pool you might have lost your touch to reality that people actually might get pissed to get charged a thousand dollars and their cards frozen for stuff they don't even get. (just messing with you )

For Mubby I can only say that the shop only has a limited number of tickets and they'd probably have to go an extra mile to get few more for you. I do all kinds of web stuff for a living and I can tell you that these ticket webshops are probably the worst kind because there's money involved and the servers are usually under a big stress when the ticket sale opens. There's a definite flaw in the system though if you can get charged but not receive the tickets.

all I know is the guy has 18 total posts of which about 15 are complaining about the ticket sale process and how horrible this web site is................but very classic of you AK to try and turn this on me - on the post I don't think I said go f off or anything - I merely was pointing out prior comments - don't shoot the messenger bud

sure you can take or leave my comments on the board but I am here as an advocate of the artist and the board - we are here as a community and it is a bit tiring to listen to the same old same old each and every tour - while I would like to spend the time to validate I am convinced there is a direct correlation between post count and the whine factor

on the grand I hear you - that said if one's account gets closed due to that then I may suggest one shouldn't necessarily be buying concert tickets in the first place............just sayin

Sad! That sucks that happened...but I don't get how there could be problems with the presales! His most recent problem truly sucks, but never being able to get tix in past presales AND on ticketmaster? That just sounds a bit weird. Operator error maybe?? ;) JK! But really, I haven't had probs yet through the presales on this site. Sorry to hear some people have. LOVE this site and the opportunity to get tix early!! :D

exactly and nor have we - for what must be at least 15 gigs - three this time around - kari/eileen are in for six this tour etc etc etc

we are extremely appreciative of what David and his management do with regard not solely to these prefered seats but really everything from the pr gigs to the notes to the artists den dvd and on and on and on - as well as the uncompensated work that folks like Rena and Marcel put into the board due to their committment..........................I think we all have an obligation to a certain extent to return the favor by bringing a positive contribution

of course there will be issues - that is life - deal with it - shite happens every day

but don't try to sugar coat things with statements about the number of t-shirts sitting in my closet blah blah blah.....and then completely disappear until the next time the web site "screws" him

as well as implying that he was actually owed something in return for all of this............boy that's a lot of nerve I will give him that
