How are you able to buy tickets in a pre-sale?

Could you specify a bit, please?

Basically you go to the shop -> tickets -> the event of your choice -> number of tickets -> add to cart -> check out. you need to enter a credit card number. The tickets are strictly box office collection on the day of the show only. ID and credit card need to be shown as varification of the buyer's id.

Just sign into your DG account before the presale. It helps if you already have your CC info in the system here. You can get the tickets through the shop here. No password needed or anything. Good luck.
