    Hi Sharon.

Nice to see you here. Hope you are OK!!

Yes Phil Campbell was excellent - and he was so pleased to be on the tour - he seemed overwhelmed.

The first time I saw Phil was outside the Victoria Theatre in Halifax. I was just walking past and I saw one of the roadies come out to meet a guy getting out of an old banger shook his hand and took him inside.

Then I saw him on stage and recognised him lol

His partner on the stage played some unusual instruments - and a blue electric guitar which gave an amazing sound.

Me and Phil outside Preston Guildhall                            Phil at Bristol Colston Hall

Bristol                                 Nicoli?? at Preston Guildhall playing something lol

Two views of the blue guitar at Preston                                               and Bristol

                                                    Phil at Birmingham Symphony Hall

Phil at Folkestone Leas Cliff Hall - The noisy ones were at the bar - preparing!!!

And at the final gig at Cambridge Corn Exchange.

Well done Phil it was good to see you supporting DG - Good luck with the single and album - I will be getting both.

My fav? was probably Maps and Cried Some Diamonds.

    Keep smiling - It's free!
    Djk

And Djk - your pics are - as usual - great! Thx for sharing! Smile

    Great pics Djk Smile

When we saw him in Grimsby my Mum thought he had a slight sound of Rod Stewart - after a few listens I could see what she meant.  Glad he didn't have the leopard print pants on too  Surprise

Great pics Djk. Thanks for sharing.

I think I even took the first one of the two of you, didn't I? I really liked what Phil did and enjoyed watching him getting more and more confident with every gig. That guitar player Nicolai did really interesting things, especially with the white one. Will get myself that album in May. Smile
