Watch out for David Gray on the new shows of "Live From Abbey Road".

DG will be among the first handful of performers that are confirmed for the second series of the famous television show Live From Abbey Road, the Mirror has revealed.

The new episodes will be shown on Channel 4 late every Saturday from June 28th and will feature performances as well as interviews with musicians at the legendary London's Abbey Road Studios over the course of 12 one-hour shows. Also confirmed so far are Mary J Blige, Def Leppard, Bryan Adams, Panic At The Disco, Herbie Hancock with guest vocalist Corinne Bailey Rae, Rascall Flatts, Dashboard Confessional and Suzanne Vega. 

The first series of the show, which aired at the beginning of 2007, proved to be a massive hit, and was subsequently screened in 145 different countries!

Where I live we have Comcast Cable. I watch a channel BBC America. I hope they will broadcast Live From Abbey Road. It would be fantastic. Sometimes the shows are years old, but I don't care, never know what will be on and its fun to watch.

Just an update to this broadcast. It airs on the Sundance channel on July 3 in the US and on channel 4  on July 19 in the UK. Live from Abbey Road also shows in Canada on MuchMoreMusic but I believe they are a season behind so us canucks will have to wait patiently.

There looks to be some featured video clips of David talking about the show on the Sundance website but alas it's not available to view everywhere. I'll try to see if we can make the clips available for everyone to watch.

Finally.......'Breathe' in a high quality recording.  Saw it in Chicago & Boston in December and have been waiting anxiously for a good version of it!!!!

I've been watching the video clips from the Sundance channel and the song "Breathe" is magic. It's got to be on the new CD.  I love it, it's one of those songs that the cords keep playing over and over in your head. Can't wait to hear the full song~~~ Oh you lucky people who have already seen him sing it live. How did I get stuck on the wrong coast ????
