Hello, I recently bought some tickets for the David Gray concert in Cambridge for a friend. However, on the night of the concert the tickets were still held under my name although I had confirmed with the people at the Official David Site (where I bought the tickets) a month before that they would be held under my friends name (there was a problem with the printing of them and they had to make them available only on the night). The box office subsequently refused him the tickets and as I wasn't available on the night to solve the problem he had to buy new tickets from a tout (£200 a pair).
I have sent numerous emails to all the addresses I can find on the site but had no contact whatsoever. In the month leading up to the concert had a number of replies from the website to my queries but it seems now I have a problem they are ignoring me!
I can find no phone numbers on the site either.
Did anyone else have this problem? I'd be really really grateful if someone could point me in the direction of a contact number.
