After having positive experiences placing ticket orders through this website in the past I was very disappointed when my "A Thousand Miles Behind" CD never arrived.
I ordered "A Thousand Miles Behind" over 10 weeks ago (December 7, 2007) and I still have not received this CD. I have sent a total of 6 emails to help@davidgray.com and shop@davidgray.com (Attn: Alanna and Kendall) requesting a status on my order. While I received responses from Alanna and Kendall after my initial inquiry explaining that the CD was shipped to my address, delivery was taking longer than anticipated for some US customers and that another CD was being shipped ASAP, my last three emails have gone unanswered. I have also left two voicemail messages and I have not received a return phone call.
Like many of the other customers, I would really just like a refund at this point. My order # is 6630. My credit card was charged immediately when I placed my order; however, the refund, which I requested three weeks ago (Feb.1), has still not been processed.
I am a big David Gray fan and I am sure he would be very displeased to find out that his loyal fans were placing orders on his website (in good faith) to experience his music but were not receiving the merchandise they ordered. If the CD is no longer available please communicate that to all of your customers and refund our money.
