hey guys in the UK -- there's the new song "You're the World to me"
on DG's greatest hits album on BBC 2 at like 10:10 AM on the 19th of september.      Anyone plan on somehow..getting it.. and saving it.. and .. you know.

I'm gonna listen through the website of BBC 2 tomorrow morning (11:10AM here in Holland)

After that we can listen it again and again on Listen Again

so I take this was a fast version? I had no chance to listen to the radio broadcast but I don't remember the version at St. John's as particularily slow either. Interesting.

apart from the link above to the official replay of the BBC broadcast there is a live version you can listen to on youtube from St. John's this July.  You can find the link in this thread posted by adie.

The single will be out on November 5th; a week before the album will get into the shops. David Gray has a very open policy regarding file sharing of live material; this is quite unique in the music business. I only know of a handful of other artists who are just as liberal. Since the song we are talking about in this thread is an official recording the file sharing policy mentioned above doesn't apply. This is indeed copyright protected material and cannot be shared. I am sure you will understand.
