I reside in the USA. I ordered a CD from davidgray.com. I have yet to receive it. Has anyone else had this trouble. I am not getting a good response from the website people either. What to do?

I have done that. Received 1 reply from Alanna stating it was shipped on November 2nd. I was told to contact them if I hadn't received it by the 24th. I did that as well. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!! It's bulls**t!!! They didn't hesitate to charge my credit card. What a joke this is!!!! Too bad David wasn't aware of this debacle of a store!!!

Hello Im a huge David Gray fan from the U.S. and extremely upset that I orders the CD a thousand miles behind from this site and I never recieved it either!!!!! And your right they dont hesitate to charge your card but scam you on the CD I paid $ 30 for that CD which again I never got!! I have called the number from David gray.com and they have yet to return 2 phone calls SomeOne please Help me out!

After numerous attempts, I finally received an email from Alanna. I was told a second copy would be shipped out today. Just have to wait and see. It's funny how you start complaining on this site about sending emails and they finally reply stating, "I have been having trouble with my email." How convenient!!!! Since that, I have received a prompt response to all emails. Interesting, isn't it? Also, when I bought my copy, I paid a total of $19.99, which included shipping. Why is the same CD now $26.99? I'll just have to wait and see. I will fight as hard as I can to make sure this gets taken care of correctly. I have the credit card statement where it was charged. The saga contiues..............

I am sorry you have had trouble receiving your cd but give them a chance. A cd lost in the mail is not the shop's fault really. Several of my friends and I have bought  plenty of items from this very shop and service regarding those transactions has been flawless so far.  

Such things happen by accident  and certainly not on purpose. And with a little friendliness and goodwill on both sides they can be dealt with easily.

I hope you will enjoy the cd.

My only complaint is the lack of response or the length of time in between them.

Rena I ordered my cd on november 8th when do you expect me to get it delivered to massachusetts??? it is quite an exopensive cd to be dealing with and its extremely fristrating because the only source of obtaining this masterpiece is through this site and its not getting here!!!!

Just so it's clear, Rena does not have the ability to tell you when your CD will arrive. If you find that your wait time is longer than expected and you have not received a reply by emailing shop@davidgray within a 48hr time period, you can PM me and I will follow up on your inquiry.

With that said, the Greatest Hits and ATMB CD's do seem to be taking longer for delivery than some of the other products offered in the Shop. This has been addressed and we should see this problem reduced very soon. Apologies to all who had experienced longer than normal wait times and your patience is appreciated.

As much as we would like to respond to emails as soon as they come in thats not always possible but they are usually replied to within a 48hr period and I see your first email was less than that. Your emails have been flagged for customer service to get back to you with more specific details about your order. I ALSO ORDERED THE THE CD BUNDLE ON NOV. 19TH.  I RESIDE IN THE U.S. AS WELL.  I HAVE SENT 5 EMAILS TO BOTH SHOP@DAVIDGRAY.COM AND HELP@DAVIDGRAY.COM.  I HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.  I HAVE LEFT 4 MESSAGES AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND SURPRISE - NO RESPONSE.  I AM VERY DISPLEASED.  OF COURSE, THEY HAD NO TROUBLE CHARGING MY CARD.

 CAN ANYONE HELP/
