Just an update for Bellboy,conchapp and other folks who said they have emailed over the past few days with no reply. I looked into it and found out there was some sort of error that prevented emails from coming to us. This has now been fixed and anyone who hasn't recieved a reply from an email sent should see replies start to come through within the week. Apologies to those impacted but at least we know what happened and can move forward. Cheers

It arrived this morning.
I must say the whole process (Royal Mail aside) has been really quite unsatisfactory. From the release of the digital tracks but a continued lack of information on a physical release date (via the shop/online/high street), the P&P being £10.95 for an age, despite continued efforts to lower the cost, poor communication from the shop (if any at all) and there was no dispatch email sent with a country of origin estimating delivery time.
I'm happy to have received my CD, but it does feel tainted.

I finally received my “A THOUSAND MILES BEHIND” CD today. It was posted yesterday, with a 65 pence stamp. Why Alanna informed me, 12 days ago, that she would send it “immediately”, and why Kendall has been consistently economical with the delivery information will probably remain a mystery. One thing is certain, when I next consider buying a CD. I will wait until I can purchase it for £7.99 in Tesco. Bellboy

Answer - £3.57 Considering - Stamp £0.65., Jiffy bag £0.50, address label printing, labour costs etc. - a bit, but not really excessive? I am more concerned with the mysteries of delivery. Bellboy

Greetings, I reside in the USA. I ordered a CD from davidgray.com. I have yet to receive it. Has anyone else had this trouble. I am not getting a good response from the website people either. What to do?

I ordered my copy on October 31, 2007. I have yet to see it. I did receive an email from Alanna stating it was shipped on November 2. Emailed her back. NOTHING!!!! What is going on here? Tony
