... ... and now we've got a fecking postal strike!!!   [:'(]

I got my cd on Friday.  I hope it gives hope to all of you who are still waiting.  It's a lovely addition to the collection.  Long Black Veil reminds me of St Johns when the three of them were playing their guitars together and loving it.  Roll on the Roundhouse...not long now!!!

I got an email last week about my CD being shipped out and that I should receive it around the 8th, which is today.

How long is the shipping supposed to take. I know the email said around the 8th but I didnt really think it would even take as long as the 8th and now it is the 8th and it still isnt here...

Wheres it being shipped from, Toronto or England?

I heard about that postal strike! I am so sorry for you!

It seems like us here in the UK are destined not to have this CD!

Once the postal strike is over they say it will take 3 weeks to clear the backlog of mail.

I finally got my CD in the mail yesterday.

For those who are still waiting, I know, well knew how you are feeling. Its well worth the wait though.

Whaaaa! I ordered my CD the first day that I could pre order. Then, after realizing that there would be a wait, I downloaded the CD. Love it! My problem is that I wait for the mailman everyday (because I have a boring-ass desk job and and I had the CD shipped to my work) and still no CD. After the mailman comes up empty, I start hoping the the U.P.S. man will bring my package. It's sad, really. My days revolve around the shipment of a CD that I've already listened to a thousand times. I just want the real deal, not some blank disc that I currently have in my possession. I'm not mad at all. I'm a big fan and I realize that these things take time. I was just wondering (for us Americans) if the CD was shipped through the mail or through U.P.S.? Thanks in advance

 Thanks for the hug. So nice! Also, the mailman brought my CD on Friday. Yea! Happy days. Now he just needs to bring me my Dylan tickets that I ordered online and I'll be sitting pretty. The show is tomorrow and I have 3rd row seats. I'm starting to get nervous because I spent most of my bonus money on the tickets and I bought them last minute. Here's hoping the postman lives up to his name.

did you buy your tickets from ticketmaster? They will be able to help you if the tickets won't arrive in time; just give them a call and have your order number ready.

The tickets just arrived! I am beyond excited...thanks for everything. I loooove A Thousand Miles Behind. All these years of being a David Gray fan and this is the first live album. Now if he could just bring his U.S. tour my way, or even remotely close to Cincinnati, I'd be...well, let's just say that I'd be beside myself.
