Row A, seats 6-12. Somebody, please correct me if I'm wrong, according to a seating chart I found on Stubhub (see link below), Row A would actually be the FIFTH physical row from stage as the first four rows are actually AA-DD. Can anyone please comment, confirm?

While I'm happy, I'm thoroughly P-*-S-S-E-D at myself for fumbling through the credit card checkout for five or six precious minutes as I was undeniably one of the first people to access the purchase site.

I'm row A, seats 105 & 106 and, yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the fifth row. No complaints cause I never thought I'd be seeing him this year. I'm really excited about going to The Capitol Theatre. It's suppose to have the worlds best sound system. Btw, same thing happened with me with the credit card. They didn't take American Express so I was just not ready with my Visa. CAN NOT WAIT!!!

Alright Lisa, we can wave from one end of the room to the other before the concert.

Truely would love to meet everyone here who's interested before or after the concert for proper introductions... Asheville still a twinkle in my eye....

Eyeing those tix on scalpers' site for Asheville now. Front row seat is $350-$400 a pop, utterly disgraceful, really.... can we all scream in unison: "OUUUUUUUUUUUCH"?!!?!!!?

Not sure if I can even buy a single seat (usually not the case) but will certainly try.

happy that we filled our extra ticket with my artists den friend!! still think this gig is going to be amazing.........fingers crossed!!!

just a reminder to any in the city we are also hooking up at the hotel lobby bar for drinks and sushi before the gig - so hotel lexington at 48th and lex - 6pm-ish.................it is five minutes from grand central for those taking the train up to port chester

otherwise see you then - sooooooo looking forward to our first gig of this tour!

I'm really looking forward to this one, too.  For the obvious reasons, of course, but I'm also excited to see the newly renovated Capitol Theatre.  I found this article that talks about a lot of the upgrades, particularly the sound and lighting systems.  It should really be something to see and hear!

Question for anyone out there who is familiar with the venue or has an extra detailed seating chart. The most detailed seating chart I found was on Ticketsupply and it only shows one row in the double letters (AA row), THEN is Row A. Can anyone confirm that?

In other words, if you have Row A seats, are you actually sitting in the second row?

Helen, the seating chart I am seeing on the Capitol Theatre website, when I click the "buy tickets" link for DG's show has Row AA-DD and then Row A, meaning that Row A is fifth row.
