Groupn Download Problem

    Hi

    I bought my Groupon the Dublin live download back in June but I just cannot find where to download it from, I have been looking for ages.

    Please can you provide a link and if necessary an explanation.

    Mike,

     You should have gotten a Purchase Confirmed e-mail. In that e-mail, it tells you to go to

    http://www.groupon.com/mygroupons

     On that screen, you'll log in and you will see your purchase.  Under the heading that says something like David Gray:  Lost And Found Dublin 2011 Album, click the Print button.  That should download a PDF file that has your instructions.  It will tell you to go to a link that says something like http://gr.pn/xxxxxxx.  It will also have a Promotional Code on the right side of the PDF page.  Type that link http://gr.pn.xxxxxxx link into your internet browser window.  That will take you to another page (most likely http://groupon.rcrdlbl.com/davidgray/index.html) where you will enter your name, e-mail address, date of birth, Groupon code (the Promotional Code I mentioned earlier), and a ZIP code.  (Looks like you're out of the UK?  If so, I'd just try entering a US zip code like New York's - 10101 - if your UK address doesn't work.)

     Kind of longwinded, I know, but that should do it.

    Does anyone know what the "exclusive free track" is?  I'm assuming it's just the "Lately" track, but I am not sure.  Just want to make sure I'm not missing out on anything.

    Mike,

    go to the Groupon site and log into your account. On the top right hand corner there is a button with your user name. Click on that and you will get a drop down menu. Click onto the one called 'my groupons'.  Your download will be found in there.

    Please note that with Groupon it takes a day until your download will be available.

    Thanks for the responses.

    Having emailed Groupon support it turns out that in order to download some music using Groupon you have to click on a link called "print". This never occured to me to try, as I wasn't planning to print anything. It is a strange beast that Groupon.

    I have suggested a more useful description might be "Access your Groupon/Download here".

    Hey Rena, The first time it was on Groupon, I got this message when I submitted my order: There was a problem with your order. Please try submitting your order again. And now I'm getting the same message. I buy from Groupon nearly once a week and have never had this problem before. Help?
