    Since buying my tickets for the August 30th show at Red Rocks, CO, I've gotten married and changed my name...which makes for a hairy situation when I considered how I would pick up the tickets being held under my old name with an ID and credit card displaying my new name.  I emailed the "help" email given in my order confirmation email and got a response within 36 hours...on the same day as the show. 

    A HUGE thanks to Kamoy at the davidgray.com team for helping me with this last minute issue and finding a solution.  I'm sure the days of shows are hectic and I really appreciate your prompt, cordial and helpful response.  My husband and I are ENORMOUS fans of David Gray and Ray LaMontagne so I can't stress enough how excited we are for the show and how grateful we are for your assistance.  Thanks for ensuring our 3-month anniversary is a success!
