There are a few tutorials or tips around on here that Rena has posted before, I think there is one up in the help area.
Simply put, sign up for photobucket.com. Upload a picture. Once it is in your album, copy the direct link code underneath the picture then come over to this site, sign in, start your post, click on the green tree above, then paste the link into the spot for it and voila your picture will be on here. Good luck. You can resize your picture when you go into the green tree icon, might have to fiddle with the measurements a bit if you change the size of your picture. Good luck.
