I have sent an email and recieved one back from jennifer on march 2nd saying she would look into it and have not heard anything back... I also called the answering machine and left a message with it on monday 3/08/10... I also called the venue and they are saying we have no seats reserved for you... The name on the fan account is Katy Atkins and my boyfriend purchased them with his credit card Craig Robbins...
I'd really like to know what is going on since this is becoming very frustrating...
