BS.BS .  My wife and I each had 2 tickets held and they kept declining our payment for some reason ?? Of course we both lost our seats . This is a bunch of BS  !!! Both of are cards were good to go . I have used the same card to buy many things on this site.Why even have a presale if your real fans can't even get tickets ? The only people that got them were scalpers that are already selling them for $ 500 each !!

 I am a huge fan of DG and have seen him many times but this has pissed me off so bad I am considering not even going this time. We can't be the only people this happen to can we ? This site sucks as far has I am concerned ! Decline payment my ass don't even bother getting me excited by saying I got the tickets then declining my payment when I know 100% for sure our cards are good to go .

my advice to you would be to tone down your language

it is extremely clear to those of us that frequent this site on a regular basis that the pre-sales that david serves up to his fans are the best in the business..........are they challenged when all these gigs go on sale at the same time - sure - are there computer glitches that close some out - unfortunately that does seem to be the case at times

I can say we have never had an issue and will be at the first three gigs of the tour

I guess the alternative is ticketmaster - I will gladly take dg.com

 

Are you talking about the Chicago show?

I think they got hacked by a broker with a computer system that swooped in and took at the tickets. This happens a lot, especially in presales like this. Or their system is just broken.

I literally hit refresh on my browser until the split second (10am exactly) the tickets were supposed to be on sale and then I selected 2 tix and hit "add to cart" within a millisecond. Yet I still could not get any tickets. Then I tried to quickly buy 1 ticket, then change my seating section, etc. Nothing.

Hopefully they will see people complain and realize there is a problem. It's so frustrating! :(

I had the same problem! I logged on at 10 exactly and the tickets were all unavailable. I looked at stubhub and they are selling them for crazy prices-- $200-500!

Now I'm getting "The quantity you requested is not available.  Please try a smaller quantity."  Problem is, I can't.  Then I'd be leaving someone out - I need 3 tickets.  Bummed!!  I thought this was going to be easy.  Guess I'll have to wait until they go on sale to the general public on Friday :(

I was able to get 2 tickets for the Diamond Circle (first 10 rows behind pit) in Detroit. Originally, right at 11am EST, I was able to get 2 pit tickets. When I went to my cart to check out, I saw I had a copy of Foundling in my cart as well. Since I already have it, I tried to delete it from my cart and ALL the contents of my shopping cart were removed, including my PIT TIX!!! I immediately went back, but kept getting the "These are currently reserved..." message. I kept switching back and forth between the pit and Diamond Circle seats. Finally, around 11:30am, I got 2 more seats for the Diamond Circle.

Scalpers are the worst. Same thing happened with the Kid Rock 40th Birthday show this Saturday in Detroit when they went on sale the day after Thanksgiving.

I do like his pre-sales he has but it sucks when you can never get a ticket. My language is fine to. You would be pissed as well if you and your wife were on two different computers right at 10 am and both got tickets held only to be shot down by some odd glitch with our payments. I pretty sure this didn't happen to the ticket scalpers. You, of course you are happy your going to the first three shows with great seats I'm sure. Plus as you said you have never had a problem getting tickets so why don't you try to be a little understanding Dave.

My wife and I have seen him like four times her and drove to Chicago twice to see him and have never been able to get a really good seat like you always seem to Dave.

I guess my advice would be to do a few cities at a time instead of trying to do them all at once. Maybe seeing how your so close with to DG maybe you can talk to him about it ?

As I am patiently trying every 5-10 minutes to purchase tickets for the Lost and Found Tour at Massey Hall on Friday February 25th in Toronto, I was hoping someone would be kind enough to share the promo code? I'm certain someone has one!

I got on right at 10 CST time and got the same message. I was just able to purchase 2 PIT tickets after repeatidly trying for 45 min. I guess my advice is keep trying. It apparently works.

The Minneapolis show was the one we had trouble with.

My wife got another two tickets held just 10 minutes ago only to be shot down again by decline payments . Fun to spend over an hour trying to get seats only to get your hopes up to be shot down.

Can I ask how the people that got tickets paid for them ? Credit Card  ? Debit Card ?  I have used the same debit card to buy stuff on here before but today some how ours are declined ?

This is the language I am refering to - hard to have compassion for such a negative vibe - but yeah sorry it didn't work out - as far as I can tell every venue on this tour is sweet so I would recommend getting any seat you can get your hands on
