ropreston:Oh ok, I had seen that video. Thank you. I remember that part now, but I just figured it was him messing around. I do like it better without. All the instruments are pounding together, so those long notes on the harmonica didn't really fit in and the rest of the music is full enough with out. But wow, I do love those behind the scenes videos. I love seeing the work, inspiration, and care that goes into making these songs.
oh, and i HAVE to disagree with you ropreston. the harmonica is discussable but for example the 'yeah!' at the start of fugitive sounds awful on the record. when i first heard it (after those insight snippets) i was like 'is there something wrong with my speakers?' it is a 'yeeaahhh!!' and it should sound like it. as much as i love the draw the line record i also think it should have been more open, fresh and bold.
