Hi there to all of the lucky folks who won tickets and their lucky friends who got to attend this well done event. I love the "done and dusted" part of this video. Yes, it will be a great summer of songs for the DG Band.Even though I'm far,far away~~ I am sending all good thoughts and positive vibes that this new record is the BEST one yet.

I wasn't aware that gig was organized by Virgin Radio. This must have been a very special show. Lucky you. 

And I second everything you said about the 'A Thousand Miles Behind' album. I wouldn't want to miss that one. Everyone who hasn't got it yet can listen to some samples on the music page .

I didn't know you went to the Church Studios gig Elysium  

Remind me, how did that come about?

All of you thank you for the reviews, pictures etc... I had some personal challenges the last couple of weeks so I did not enter the competition but it looks like you all had a great time and the video I have seen was very funny !

I don't think there will be too many gigs or festivals during the summer so we can all save up and get ready for some gigs during the autumn hopefully

we sure had a great time. The time David needs to record his new album will hopefully allow our bank accounts to recover a bit. Looking forward to the album and more gigs in autumn.

Yes i was lucky enough to go to this amazing gig i will never forget it; a David Gray fan's dream

The comp was run by virgin radio and over the course of 2 days, approx every 2hours between 8am and midnight a klaxon would sound and fans had to ring in whoever was lucky enough to get through would win a pair of tickets, we tried and tried i could not concentrate on anything else. It was rebecca who got through at 10 pm, i was elateds, she thought it was great being on live radio.

The gig was a few Days after the England match which David along with other celebs took part, did you watch that, i couln't miss a moment. i made a joke saying i was glad he wasn't on big brother as i wouldn't be able to do anything, work and sleep included.

So i came up with idea of buying an England shirt and getting him to sign it, see other thread;
