Kendall, if you replied to it today, where is it? I still haven't received it. Did you post it second class or something?

kendall: HeatherA:Kendall, People are upset at everything I've highlighted in my post above. Yes, the birthday poll - or rather the lack of notification of it - is just one of the things. It's rather disheartening to take the time to compose rather a long post, highlighting the issue that members have only to have the majority of it ignored and only one part commented on. I appreciate the time you've taken to read it (which isn't an easy task without paragraphs!), but would be happier if the majority of my points hadn't been disregarded.
hi HeatherA, I'm trying to get down to the core issue so let's knock the first block out of the way. Note that this birthday function poll is not highlighted in the davidgray.com forum section either. So I'm unclear as to how this is unfair. Also if your post about me not dealing with board members concerns pertains to who I think you're speaking of then that is completely untrue. I have replied to all who have Pm'ed me about an issue they might have.
Firstly, I was speaking about more than one person who had PM'd you about issues but hadn't received replies at the time I made my post. And the PM's weren't particularly recent. Thanks Snakester for confirming that I'm not a liar.
And secondly, I just give up. What is the point in having moderation if the issues that people raise with you are ignored? I hate posting on this place now because it takes so long, I don't have paragraphs (we'll see if they work this time round), I don't have smileys which can prove pretty helpful when trying to put a point across in writing yet I still took the time yesterday to outline a number of issues. But they were ignored in favour of the one that you wanted to answer.
I hadn't posted in a long time because I hated what had become of this place but I decided to give it another go. However, I think I will be taking my leave again. The new regime, blatant disregard for some members yet unblinkering support for others, based on what board they post in, is just disgusting.
I hope you're proud of the new board and the new community you've created but please just bear in mind that in creating this new community, you've ripped apart the one that was already there.

And again no paragraphs despite me changing the detail in my profile as advised and using IE, not safari.

And kendall you still haven't replied to my last two PM's, so you're a liar now as well.

Hi snakester, This is a technical issue with the Abuse complaints that I am only now discovering. I recieved a PM from someone who has had the same result as you. I'll PM you directly so we can work this out.

Hi HeatherA If you know someone, who has not recieved a reply to a PM can you please ask them to send one again. I assure you any PM's with serious concerns outside of what has come to me today have been answered. If anyone's issues have gone unanswered then they have not posted it in the correct area or they have not PM'd me. It's clearly stated in the general forum that I will not be going in there to read posts. Your issue with smilies and paragraphs are likely related to your content editor. You can change that in your profile by selecting the Site Options Tab. Scroll down to the Content Editor and select TinyMCEWrapper. This hould take care of that for you. If not feel free to PM me your computer details and we'll try and work that out. I'm sorry that things haven't worked out for you here but that's the beauty in the internet, there are alwayys options. You may do a quick google search to see what else is out there. I hear there is a wonderful community over here http://dgbb.proboards51.com/index.cgi that might be to your liking. And to answer your question we am very proud of the new boards. Of course it's not without it's bumps and bruises, but nothing is perfect. We do what we can to make everyone feel comfortable here and treat everyone fairly. And in some cases that means having to tell someone things that will not make them happy. Thanks for your suggestion, it only helps us to learn and grow together.

Hi GreviousAngel, I haven't replied to you directly but you have gotten an answer on these PM"s you are refering to. If I'm guilty of lying about anything it's that I did indeed stuff my knickers with a mini football in my latest photoshoot.

You know Kendall, for me personally, I've really tried to like you. I know you had a huge task when these new boards came about. You took a ton of heat from the regulars. I felt sorry for you, while at the same time, disagreed with most of your decisions. You seemed to come around, but it appears now that in fact you didn't. You really just kept your distance. You stuck us all in our cage and hoped we'd stay put. I find your sarcastic response to Heather to be quite unprofessional. Directing her to the other site is disgusting. Shame on you. That's a huge cop out as the mod, to wish her good riddens. Shame shame shame. As I said, I really tried with you. Heck, I PM'd you and asked you to attend for some pre gig drinks with us!! How you are handling these latest concerns is extremely disappointing. We aren't going away. Well, not all of us. Start treating us and our concerns with a bit of respect, and amazingly, you may get some back.

No Kendall, you are lying. You have stated explicitly that you have replied to all PM's you received. You have not replied to any of my PM's. Amber has been dealing with it. However, that is completely different to YOU replying. Unless of course you are her as well. You seem very keen to brush this under the carpet. Why is that? As can be proven, the law has been broken. Now, are you going to ban the offender? Yes or no. If not, why not?

Oh wow, thank you so much Kendall!!! Thank you so much for directing me to a board that I created, I set up and I already post on
Your sarcastic tone to someone who has genuine issues with this site is nothing more than disgusting but I was probably naive to expect any better.
No, it hasn't worked out for me here which is a pity since it worked for more than 5 years until you became moderator.
And just for the record, as I said in my post, I DID do what was instructed to change the text editor, I don't use Safari or any other browser than IE and I was able to do paragraphs fine before yet now I can't despite the fact I'm still using the same version of IE and the same laptop I always have.

Do you know, I've just read your reply to me again and how bloody dare you speak to me in that sarcastic tone! The professionalism is certainly slipping now, isn't it? Effectively telling the old regulars to leave just so that there's room for more newbies who're going to nod and clap when required.
It beggars belief that you speak to me that way, and basically tell me to feck off, yet you blatantly support members who have impersonated police officers, lied about their identity and abused other members by PM.
Unbloodybelievable, it really is.

Grievous, You got a reply to the exact same PM from Amber. Your questions were answered. We will not be banning noelcampbell.

Well of course you won't be banning noelcampbell's IP. If you did that, you'd be over in the music section on your own, talking to yourself.
Allegedly.
